What are some useful short-cuts for Windows 10?

Keyboard shortcuts are always worth learning to speed up navigation around any Windows product. Windows 10 as some neat features which can speed up productivity when used in combination with your mouse or touchpad.

Windows Key+Left — snap active window to the left.

Windows Key+Right — snap active window to the right.

Windows Key+Up — snap the active window to the top.

Windows Key+Down — snap the active window to the bottom.

Virtual desktops is a great addition for creating and managing “virtual workspaces” which acts just like having a second or more monitors attached.

Windows Key+Ctrl+D — create a new virtual desktop.

Windows Key+Ctrl+Left — scroll through your desktops to the left.

Windows Key+Ctrl+Right — scroll through your desktops to the right.

Windows Key+Ctrl+F4 — close the current desktop.

Windows Key+Tab — see all your desktops
